Ingredients:5 Large red potatoes 1/2 c Parmesan cheese Salt and pepper, to taste Paprika 2 1/2 c Whipping cream 2 Cloves garlic, minced 2 tb Butter
Instructions:Peel and slice potatoes very thin. Layer in a small buttered casserole; potatoes, cheese, salt and pepper. Simmer cream, butter and garlic until reduced by
half. Pour over potatoes, sprinkle with paprika. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Enjoy, Sheryl BTW M.M. said you may need to add more cream.
