Cranberry-Ginger Relish Cuisine: Fruits

Ingredients:12 oz Fresh cranberries 2 tb Finely chopped peeled fresh 1 1/2 c Orange juice Ginger 1 c Sugar
Instructions:Combine all ingrdients in a heavy, large saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Reduce heat to low and simmer until relish is thick, stirring often and mashing berries
